We review your technical drawings, dimensional tolerances, material data sheets, and regulatory requirements. Our engineers flag risks early and propose design-for-manufacturability improvements before a single tool is cut.
Our toolmakers engineer the dipping former in-house using CNC machining. Former geometry, taper angles, and surface finish are optimised to achieve the target wall profile and ensure clean part release after each dip cycle.
We select and compound the optimal polymer — plastisol, natural latex, nylon 11, or specialist blend — matched to your chemical, thermal, electrical, and regulatory requirements. Test samples are prepared and verified before production compounds are mixed.
Formers are pre-heated, dipped in the compound at a precisely controlled speed, and passed through our continuous-process cure ovens. Dip count, dwell time, withdrawal rate, and cure temperature are monitored in real time to hit target wall thickness on every cycle.
Every batch undergoes dimensional verification, visual inspection for pinholes, tears or colour variation, and mechanical testing for tensile strength and elongation. Full traceability records are maintained against ISO 9001:2015 procedures with certificates of conformity available on request.
Approved parts are packed to your specification — bulk, individually bagged, or kitted — and dispatched via your nominated carrier with full documentation. Our account managers track every shipment and proactively communicate any delays before they impact your line.
