Material Selection

Production

Dip Moulding Production

Formers are pre-heated, dipped in the compound at a precisely controlled speed, and passed through our continuous-process cure ovens. Dip count, dwell time, withdrawal rate, and cure temperature are monitored in real time to hit target wall thickness on every cycle.

Quality Inspection
